Paul Valker
Paul is a media, advertising and technology executive with 20+ years of experience helping brands grow through digital media, performance marketing and emerging technology. His career includes leadership roles across Eicoff DRTV, Yahoo, Snapchat, CBS, Walmart Connect and Taboola, working with many of the world’s largest brands and agencies. Paul has personally managed over $200M in media spend.
At MascotLab, Paul brings together overall operations, creative strategy, media, data and technology to help brands turn memorable characters into advertising that drives measurable business results.

Erica Valker
Erica is an entrepreneur and marketer with experience spanning brand building, digital marketing, demand generation, creative strategy and video production. As a founder herself, she understands how to build a distinctive brand, connect creative ideas with consumers and turn marketing into business growth.
At MascotLab, Erica brings a brand-first and consumer-focused perspective to the team. She leads all customer facing activities including demos, discovery, media planning and campaign reporting.

Jonathon brings an entrepreneurial and creative background spanning business ownership, film, storytelling and emerging technology. With formal film studies and hands-on experience building and operating businesses, he combines a filmmaker’s eye with an entrepreneur’s understanding of what creative needs to accomplish for a brand.
At MascotLab, Jon helps shape characters, stories and productions that feel entertaining and memorable rather than like traditional advertising. Jon is an expert with AI tech OpenAi/Chatgpt, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity and more.

Ali Haider
Ali is a filmmaker, editor and creative technologist whose background spans traditional media production, visual storytelling and emerging AI filmmaking. Ali works with Vyro/ImagineArt and specializes in generative filmmaking, developing cinematic workflows across AI video, image generation, character consistency, camera direction and visual storytelling.
At MascotLab, he combines traditional production instincts with cutting-edge AI tools to bring characters and commercial concepts to life with speed, consistency and cinematic polish.
